Hi, seems that your computer is powered off the USB ports to save energy.Īllow the computer to turn off this device to save power is DISABLED. Only had to fix once with HP print and Scan doctor. I got a HP OfficeJet 4630 USB connected, and I turned off each time and printed correctly. It is good to do? Causing my problems? My grandparents have their HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 24/7 for I don't know how many years! haha and they have no problem!
